Man arrested, charged with second-degree assault in McCracken County
PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — A 54-year-old McCracken County man has been arrested and charged with second-degree assault after a stabbing incident, authorities said.
Charles Anderson was taken into custody at his Vasseur Avenue residence on May 26, 2025, after deputies responded to a local hospital where the victim was being treated for non-life-threatening wounds.
The victim told deputies the incident stemmed from an argument over Anderson throwing rocks and grass onto the victim’s vehicle while mowing. A physical altercation ensued, resulting in the victim being cut and stabbed with a knife.
Anderson was lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
