Man arrested, charged with strangulation, terroristic threatening

CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) — Deputies responded to a Jones Road residence early Saturday morning regarding a physical altercation.

Roger Thomas, 54, was arrested and lodged at the Calloway County Detention Facility on charges of first-degree strangulation, a Class C felony, and terroristic threatening.

The victim did not require medical attention.
