Man arrested for drug trafficking, possession in Hickory area

MAYFIELD, KY  KBSI — As part of an investigation into illegal drug trafficking, the Graves County Sheriff’s detectives executed a search warrant around noon on April 12th.

The home was located in the 4600 block of KY 1241, north of Mayfield.

Numerous dosage units of Suboxone, Hydrocodone, Xanax, and over 1 and a half ounces of cocaine, methamphetamine, digital scales, and other related items were found during the search. This included US currency believed to be used in the sale of illegal drugs.

30-year-old Dominic Fazzari was a resident of the home and was arrested and charged with trafficking, possession, and other related charges.
