Man arrested on drug trafficking charges in McCracken County
PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — Micah C. Watts, 32, of Clarksville, Tennessee, was arrested by the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office on drug trafficking charges late Wednesday night.
Detectives received a tip that Watts would be traveling to McCracken County to sell methamphetamine.
They located his vehicle in the 3500 block of Lone Oak Road around 11 p.m. and conducted a traffic stop.
A search of the vehicle and Watts’ person yielded approximately 18 grams of methamphetamine, digital scales, and $1,141 in cash believed to be proceeds from illegal drug sales.
Watts was lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail on charges of trafficking in methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
