Man arrested on meth charges during warrant service in Calloway County

CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) — A man was arrested on drug charges while deputies attempted to serve a warrant, according to the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said the arrest happened around 11 p.m. April 12 on Kline Trail. During the encounter, authorities said James R. Solomon, 63, was found to be in possession of illegal drugs.
Solomon is charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was lodged in the Calloway County Detention Center.
The charges are allegations, and Solomon is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
