Man charged after releasing Raccoon in business
MURRAY, Ky., (KBSI) — A Murray man has been charged with assault and other offenses after allegedly releasing a raccoon into a business, causing a person to be bitten.
Jonathan Mason, 40, was arrested after a traffic stop on June 6, police said. He refused to exit his vehicle and had to be removed by officers.
Mason was charged with second-degree assault, criminal trespassing, resisting arrest and failure to maintain required insurance.
He was lodged in the Calloway County Jail.
