Man charged with assault after altercation with baseball bat

MURRAY, Ky., (KBSI) — A 24-year-old Murray man has been charged with second-degree assault and attempted second-degree assault after a physical altercation at a residence on Cunningham Lane.

Cameron B. Isaac was taken into custody and lodged at the Calloway County Detention Center following the incident, which occurred on June 17.

According to the investigation, Isaac allegedly struck one individual with a baseball bat and attempted to strike another before deputies arrived.

No life-threatening injuries were reported.
