Man faces assault, strangulation charges after fight in Dexter, KY
DEXTER, Ky. (KBSI) – A man was arrested after reports of a physical fight in Dexter, Ky.
Kristen Andrew Heath, 33, of Dexter faces charges of 4th degree assault and 1st degree strangulation.
Calloway County Sheriff’s deputies say Heath was in a physical fight that resulted in minor injuries to the other person.
He was arrested and taken to the Calloway County detention facility.
