Man facing drug charges after disturbance in Ledbetter

LEDBETTER, Ky. (KBSI) – A man faces drug charges after sheriff’s deputies responded to a disturbance in Lebetter.

Livingston County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a disturbance on Sharon Drive in the Ledbetter community of Saturday, December 3.

Hunter Culp, 20, was discovered to be in possession of drug paraphernalia containing suspected fentanyl, according to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office.

Culp was arrested and faces charges of harassment involving physical contact but no injury, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance, specifically fentanyl.

Culp was taken to the McCracken County Jail.
