Man facing drug charges in Murray
MURRAY, Ky. (KBSI) – A Murray man faces drug charges.
Marty D. McCuiston Jr., 36, of Murray faces charges of possession of controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense-methamphetamine (Class D felony), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
On January around 2 p.m. deputies arrested McCuiston Jr. on Creekside Lane in Murray on a warrant.
It is believed that illicit drugs that were found in an investigation that took place the day before belonged to him, according to deputies with the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office.
McCuiston Jr. was taken to the Calloway County Detention Facility.
