Man facing multiple drug charges in Butler County

BUTLER COUNTY, Mo. (KBSI) – A man faces drug charges after Butler County sheriff’s deputies found several different types of illegal drugs.

Samuel Moore, 26, faces numerous drug charges as well as second degree assault for a previous incident, according to the Butler County Sheriff’s Office.

The Butler County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search warrant at a home near the end of County Road 5351 in north east Butler County on July 6.

During the search investigators found 33 pounds of high-grade marijuana, 6 pounds of ecstasy pills, 3 ounces of cocaine and more than 200 tabs of LSD, according to the sheriff’s office.

Numerous weapons were seized during the search.

Moore was booked into the Butler County Justice Center.
