Man found guilty of driving while intoxicated as chronic offender by Cape Girardeau County jury

CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY, Mo. (KBSI) – A man was found guilty of driving while intoxicated as a chronic offender on March 7 by a Cape Girardeau County jury.
Clifford D. Parrish, 54, will be required to serve two years of imprisonment before the possibility of probation or parole.
Sentencing is scheduled for April 10. He could receive up to 10 years in prison.
Assistant Prosecutors Mitchel Lenyo and Alan Carver presented the state’s case. Parrish was represented by defense attorney Jake Yates and Kim Levi.
