Man sentenced to 25 years for statutory sodomy in Scott County

SCOTT COUNTY, Mo. (KBSI) – A man was sentenced to 25 years behind bars on Thursday for statutory sodomy in Scott County.

On November 13, a Scott County Jury found John D. Biler guilty on the single count of statutory sodomy – person less than 14 years old (unclassified- Felony).

Scott County Judge Blake Pearson sentenced Biler to 25 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.
