Man wanted on felony charges in Graves, Carlisle, Fulton counties

GRAVES COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – Graves County Sheriff’s deputies are looking for a man wanted on felony charges in Graves, Carlisle, and Fulton counties.

Suspect and local contractor wanted on felony charges in Graves, Carlisle, and Fulton counties.

Raymond L. Thomas, 51, known to be from the Wingo area of Graves County is wanted on outstanding warrants for failure to appear on traffic and possession of cocaine charges. He is also wanted out of Carlisle County on two felony warrants charging him with felony theft and being a persistent felony offender. In Fulton County, Kentucky he is wanted again on two additional arrest warrants charging with him felony theft related to the theft of insurance proceeds that was intended to be used for home repairs for the victim.

Thomas is an area contractor. These theft charges in Carlisle and Fulton counties are both related to theft of money from area homeowners whom he was supposed to be working for, according to the Graves County Sheriff’s Office.

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Thomas is asked to contact any of the three sheriffs offices in any of the three counties.
