Marble Hill man facing failure to register as a sex offender charges

MARBLE HILL, Mo. (KBSI) – A Marble Hill man faces charges for being a non-compliant sex offender who had absconded from registration.

Bradley Wyss of Marble Hill was located and arrested at a home in Bollinger County on Saturday, May 6.

Wyss had an active warrant for his arrest for being a non-compliant sex offender who had absconded from registration.

He was returned to the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections where he remained behind bars.

Formal charges were later forwarded to the Bollinger County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. On Wednesday, May 17, an arrest warrant was issued for five counts of the unclassified felony of fail to register as sex offender 3rd offense by the Honorable Judge Alan Beussink with a bond of $50,000 cash only.
