Marble Hill police release new stats; traffic stop leads to felony drug arrest

MARBLE HILL, Mo., (KBSI) — The Marble Hill Police Department released statistics Monday covering activity from Oct. 20 to Nov. 17, 2025.
During that period, officers conducted 67 traffic stops, responded to three domestic or disturbance calls, made 10 arrests, issued 81 tickets and handled 140 total calls for service.
The department also reported an individual traffic stop that led to an arrest.
On Saturday, Nov. 15, Lt. Wheeler stopped a silver Ford Ranger displaying a license plate that had expired in May 2024.
The driver, identified as Donald Luttrull, was found to have a revoked Missouri driver’s license, no insurance on the vehicle, and was allegedly in possession of a white crystallized substance that field-tested positive for methamphetamine.
Luttrull was arrested and taken to the Bollinger County Jail for booking. An arrest warrant was issued on charges of possession of a controlled substance and driving while revoked, both felonies. His bond was set at $15,000 cash or surety.
All individuals are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
