Marshall County drivers urged to use caution during 400 Mile Sale

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) — Drivers are being urged to use caution this week and weekend as the annual 400 Mile Sale brings increased traffic to U.S. Highway 68 in Marshall County.

According to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, motorists should expect heavier traffic and watch for vehicles making sudden stops as shoppers travel between yard sale locations.

Officials are also reminding those attending the event to avoid parking in roadways and to use caution when entering or exiting traffic.

The 400 Mile Sale stretches across Kentucky and attracts thousands of bargain hunters each year.
