Marshall County releases recent arrests

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) — The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

— Amy Stokes, 39, of Benton, was arrested Feb. 26 on a bench warrant for failure to appear and served a summons for theft by unlawful taking.

— James Bailey, 28, of Murray, was arrested Feb. 25 on a bench warrant for failure to pay court costs.

— Randy Holland, 55, of Cushing, Okla., was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with operating under the influence, possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Rosemary Byrn, 29, of Benton, was arrested May 22 and charged with driving on a suspended license and failure to notify the transportation department of an address change.

— Jana Maxlow, 44, of Benton, was arrested Feb. 22 and charged with operating under the influence.

— Donnie Siress, 61, of Benton, was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with operating on a suspended license, violating conditions of release and other traffic offenses.

— Austin Jackson, 34, of Hardin, was arrested Feb. 20 on three bench warrants and charged with violating conditions of release.

— Ronald Roberts, 44, of Benton, was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with fourth-degree assault.
