May the 4th be with you: MCCC celebrates Star Wars day
MARION, Ill., (KBSI) — The Marion Cultural and Civic Center will host “May The 4th Be With You” Star Wars Day on May 4, featuring a marathon of the original trilogy and other festivities.
The schedule includes:
— 12:30 p.m.: Star Wars: A New Hope
— 4 p.m.: Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back
— 7:30 p.m.: Star Wars: Return of the Jedi
Tickets are $15 per movie or $35 for a three-movie package. Tickets go on sale Feb. 14 at 10 a.m. at (link unavailable)
The event will also include iconic Star Wars characters, memorabilia displays and a costume contest before the final movie.
