Mayfield acquires final parcel for future judicial center

MAYFIELD, Ky., (KBSI) — The City of Mayfield has completed the acquisition of property for the future Graves County Judicial Center.

Mayor Kathy O’Nan signed the deed Tuesday for the final parcel of land at the corner of Seventh Street and Broadway, securing the entire block for the project.

City officials said the downtown location is expected to support ongoing recovery and revitalization efforts while serving as a key asset for the community.

The project is part of broader rebuilding efforts following recent disasters and is expected to become a long-term fixture in the city.

Officials also thanked the Graves County Project Development Board for selecting the site and partnering on the project.
