Mayfield police arrest woman after scooter collision

MAYFIELD, Ky., (KBSI) — Shamequia Holliman, 33, was arrested Friday after a motor vehicle collision involving a battery-operated scooter.

According to police, Holliman was riding the scooter when she was struck by another vehicle. Officers determined she was under the influence of an illegal substance.

Holliman was charged with operating a non-motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants and driving without a license in connection with the accident.

She was taken to the Graves County Restricted Custody Center and later transported to Christian County.
