McCracken County authorities respond to single-vehicle collision

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) — Authorities responded to a one-vehicle collision with injuries Sunday night on Lovelaceville Road.

Deputies from the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office arrived at the scene around 10:22 p.m. and found a blue 2018 Chevrolet Silverado had left the roadway, striking a small tree.

The driver, Logan Boggis, 31, of Martin, Tennessee, and three passengers were located. Three passengers — Navaeh Beanland, 23, of Fulton, Tennessee; Donald Parker, 23, of Humboldt, Tennessee; and Rory Detrick, 23, of Clinton, Kentucky — were treated for non-incapacitating injuries at Lourdes Hospital.

A fourth passenger, William Offord, 32, of Dresden, Tennessee, was arrested for public intoxication.

Boggis was charged with multiple counts, including possession of a controlled substance, wanton endangerment and leaving the scene of an accident.

The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Lone Oak Fire Department, Mercy Regional EMS and Meadows Body Shop.
