PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — A McCracken County man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison following a jury trial on multiple drug trafficking charges.
A jury on March 31 convicted 41-year-old Jura Dailey of firearm-enhanced trafficking in methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana, all listed as second or subsequent offenses, according to the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office.
The charges stem from a 2023 investigation by narcotics detectives.
The case was prosecuted by the McCracken County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office.
Officials said Dailey will not be eligible for probation or parole for at least 20 years due to prior convictions and firearm enhancements.
Sheriff’s officials said the case reflects ongoing efforts to target drug trafficking in the county.
All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
