McCracken County Sheriff’s detectives looking for suspect after woman kidnapped

REIDLAND, Ky. (KBSI) – McCracken County Sheriff’s detectives are looking for a man after a woman was found with her hands bound.
On Wednesday, July 19 around 7 a.m., deputies with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of Byron Drive and Reidland Road for a report of a missing person.
Detectives are searching for a male, approximately 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet tall and possibly around 200 pounds.
An 18-year-old woman was reported to have been last seen at aroun 1 a.m.
Detectives responded to aid in the search for the woman. Around 9:17 a.m., she was found at a home on Kentucky Dam Road. She had her hands bound and had non-incapacitating injuries, according to the sheriff’s office.
The woman told deputies that she had been taken by an unknown male.
Detectives and deputies are still actively investigating.
