Missing 11-year-old Carbondale girl found safe

CARBONDALE, Ill. (KBSI) — An 11-year-old Carbondale girl who was reported missing has been found safe, according to the Carbondale Police Department.

Police said Quinn Peterman was located at her residence on July 10. Officials thanked the public for its assistance in helping locate her.

Peterman had been reported missing after she was last seen by family around 3 a.m. July 10 in the 800 block of West Walnut Street.

The investigation has concluded, and no additional information was released.
