LOCATED Missing juvenile from Franklin County

SESSER, IL (KBSI) – Allie E. Carter has been located according to the Sesser Police Department.

Allie E. Carter was last seen leaving Old Town Dr. in a vehicle.

The vehicle has been located. She was last seen wearing black shorts and a T-shirt. Carter is 16, 5 feet 2 inches, with brown hair and hazel eyes. Responsive action should be taken immediately and there could be a threat to life. Call local authorities if you have any information on Carter’s whereabouts. Franklin County Emergency Management believes she could be located in Centralia, IL.
