Missing runaway teen from Carbondale found safe

CARBONDALE, Ill. (KBSI) – A teenager who went missing in Carbondale has been found safe and in good health.

The Carbondale Police Department requested help from the public on March 11 finding Keyveon Hines, 14, a missing runaway teenager.

He was last seen on March 8 around 7 p.m. in the 600 block of South Terrace Drive.

Carbondale police detectives found Keyveon on Wednesday, March 13.

Police thank the public for their assistance.
