MO Gov. Parson speaks at State of the Community luncheon in Cape Girardeau

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – Missouri Governor Mike Parson spoke at the State of the Community luncheon in Cape Girardeau on Thursday.

Dr. Carlos Vargas, President of SEMO University and Cape Girardeau Mayor Stacy Kinder also spoke at the luncheon.

FOX23 News Anchor Holly Brantley and Multimedia Journalist Branton Beard were at the luncheon held at the Drury Plaza Conference Center.
