Mulkeytown man sentenced to 60 years for child porn, sexual abuse

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ill. (KBSI) – A Mulkeytown man was sentenced to 60 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for three counts of child pornography and two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

Kenneth Lee Holley, 53, pleaded guilty to three counts of child pornography and two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse on April 8, 2021, according to Franklin County State’s Attorney Abby Dinn.

He was sentenced to 18 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC) on each of the three counts of child pornography to be served consecutive to one another.

Holley was also sentenced to six years in the IDOC on each of the two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, to be served concurrent with one another but consecutive to the sentence on the the child pornography counts.

Holley was ordered to pay restitution for counseling for the victims and a fine of $2000 for each count of child pornography.

Holley’s sentence in the IDOC will be followed by a three year term of mandatory supervised release.

Franklin County State’s Attorney Abby Dinn prosecuted the case. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department investigated the case.
