Multiple fire crews respond to house fire in Cape Girardeau County
CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY, Mo. (KBSI) – Multiple emergency crews responded to the scene of a house fire in Cape Girardeau County.
Firefighters are battling a fire at a home near Trail of Tears State Park. It is at 236 Hobbs Lane in Cape Girardeau County just off of Hwy. 177.
No people or pets are inside the home. Everyone who lives there is accounted for, according to the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff’s Office.
No word on the cause of the fire.
Crews diverted traffic from Hwy. 177 and D to north of Hobbs Chapel on Hwy. 177 while firefighters fought the blaze.
