Murray man arrested, charged with sodomy and sexual abuse

MURRAY, Ky., (KBSI) — Phillip Doughty, 45, of Murray, was arrested Wednesday and charged with sodomy and sexual abuse, both in the first degree, following an investigation by the Murray Police Department.

Doughty was lodged in the Calloway County Jail. He is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
