Murray man charged after suspected meth found during Wingo investigation

WINGO, Ky., (KBSI) — A Murray man is facing multiple charges after deputies reportedly found suspected methamphetamine during an investigation in Wingo.
According to the Graves County Sheriff’s Office, Sgt. Garret Clark and Deputy Tanner Bazarnyj located a suspicious vehicle parked behind a gas station at approximately 10:45 p.m. June 28.
The driver, identified as Josh Mohler, 45, of Murray, was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance, deputies said.
A search of the vehicle allegedly uncovered 3.3 grams of suspected methamphetamine.
Mohler was charged with driving under the influence, trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Deputy Austin Ramage assisted with the investigation. Mohler was lodged at an out-of-county detention center.
All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
