Murray man charged in sexual abuse investigation

MURRAY, Ky., (KBSI) — A Murray man has been arrested following a sexual abuse investigation, according to the Murray Police Department.

Police said officers recently began investigating a reported sexual assault in Murray. As a result of the investigation, Bob Nanney, 83, of Murray, was arrested June 16.

Nanney was charged with one count of first-degree sexual abuse.

The Murray Police Department said all individuals charged with a crime are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
