Murray man facing drug, domestic violence theft charges

MURRAY, Ky. (KBSI) – A Murray man faces drug, domestic violence and theft charges.
Terry Starks, 54, of Murray faces charges of possession of controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense – methamphetamine (Class D felony), possession of controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense – cocaine (Class D felony), possession of drug paraphernalia, assault 4th degree – domestic violence (arrest warrant) and theft by unlawful taking (arrest warrant).
Calloway County Sheriff’s deputies were trying to serve a Calloway County arrest warrant on Starks at a home on John Parker Drive in Murray on March 25 around 1 a.m.
The arrest warrant stemmed from an altercation on March 15.
When they found Starks they found him to be in possession of illicit drugs.
He was taken to the Calloway County Detention Center.
