Murray man facing wanton endangerment charges

CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – A Murray man faces two counts of wanton endangerment after sheriff’s deputies responded to a verbal fight.

Charles D. Klomfar, 55, Murray faces two counts of wanton endangerment 1st degree (Class D felony).

Calloway County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a verbal fight on Oakview Lane around 12:30 p.m. on April 20.

The parties involved separated for the night with no criminal charges filed.

After and investigation, sheriff’s deputies say Charles Klofar was believed to have a loaded weapon pointed at the deputy and another citizen during the time they were there.

A warrant was issued for Klofar.

He was taken to the Calloway County Detention Center on April 25.
