Murray woman accused of damaging TV, locking herself in shed

CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – A Murray woman faces charges after authorities say she damaged someone’s television.

Lisa A. Prather, 52, of Murray faces charges of criminal mischief 1st deg (Class D felony), menacing and criminal trespassing 3rd degree.

Calloway County Sheriff’s deputies were called to a home on Airport Road in reference to a dispute on November 29 around 12:30 p.m.

The victim told deputies that Prather had been at her home when she became angry and intentionally damaged her television.

Prather left the home and locked herself in a shed on the property, according to sheriff’s deputies.

While deputies tried to locate a key for the shed, Prather got out and was arrested.

She was taken to the Calloway County Detention Center.
