Murray woman faces drug charges after traffic stop

CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – A Murray woman faces several charges after a sheriff’s deputy found multiple drugs in her vehicle during a traffic stop.

Jessica M. Christopher, 28, of Murray was arrested and charged with 1st degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and speeding.

She was taken to the Calloway County Jail.

A Calloway County deputy sheriff stopped a vehicle on Highway 641 north in the county for speeding. During the stop, suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia were found in the vehicle, according to the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office
