Murray woman facing charges after police say she drove drunk with juveniles

MURRAY, Ky. (KBSI) – A Murray woman faces several charges after police say she drove under the influence of alcohol with multiple juveniles in the vehicle.

Jennifer Oliver, 39, of Murray faces charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, two counts of wanton endangerment 1st degree and reckless driving.

An officer with the Murray Police Department saw a vehicle swerving on the road then partially leave the road multiple times on August 3 around 11:29 p.m.

The officer stopped the vehicle and learned the vehicle was driven by Oliver.

Oliver was determined to have been driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and she had multiple juveniles in the vehicle with her at that time, according to the Murray Police Department.
