New fuel tanks installed at Barkley Regional Airport

PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — Crews installed two large fuel tanks Wednesday as part of an ongoing fuel farm renovation at Barkley Regional Airport.

Airport officials said the project will modernize fueling infrastructure and support future growth while maintaining safe aviation services for western Kentucky and surrounding communities.

The airport credited state legislators with helping fund the infrastructure improvements. A completion date was not announced.
