New Madrid County authorities seek missing person Caleb Powell

NEW MADRID, Mo., (KBSI) — Authorities are searching for Caleb Powell, a New Madrid resident considered missing and possibly endangered.

Powell was last seen driving a gray Chevrolet Silverado. He was wearing a dark-colored T-shirt and dark pants.
