GRAVES COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI)- Home repair fraud suspects, Teri S. Bush, 33, and Ricky W. Cook, 45 have both been charged with felony Theft by Deception after a complaint from a Graves County homeowner.

The homeowner reported that an agreement was reached with the two suspects for $8,800 dollars’ worth of home repairs to be performed at the home, and payment was made up front last summer.

None of the work as agreed was done.

An investigation revealed that the check given to the suspects was in fact cashed last summer.

Both Cook and Bush have been served with these charges last Friday.
