Newly opened The Bar to host Mardi Gras masquerade in Cape Girardeau

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — A newly opened downtown business is inviting the community to celebrate Mardi Gras with a themed event Tuesday evening.
The Bar will host a Mardi Gras masquerade from 5 to 10 p.m. Guests who arrive wearing a Mardi Gras mask will receive 25% off their first drink, organizers said.
The evening will also include Xtreme Bar Bingo beginning at 7 p.m.
Owners said the one-night event is designed to bring a New Orleans-style celebration to Cape Girardeau, encouraging guests to dress up and take part in the festivities.
