No serious injuries following school bus crash in McCracken County

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) –  The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office responded to a school bus crash Friday afternoon.

According to the sheriff’s office, deputies were dispatched to the intersection of Woodville Road and Bethel Church Road to a two vehicle collision involving a McCracken County school bus.

A preliminary investigation revealed that the school bus was traveling northbound across the intersection when a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe that was traveling westbound collided, hitting the middle of the passenger side of the bus.

At the time of the collision, thirteen children were on board the school bus.

Everyone involved in the crash was checked out on scene by Mercy Regional EMS, with no reports of any serious injuries.
