Northwest Tennessee Tourism Association hosts inaugural awards event
HUNTINGDON, Tenn., (KBSI) – The Northwest Tennessee Tourism Association (NWTTA) celebrated the region’s top tourism professionals and businesses at the first-ever Cornerstone Tourism Awards on April 10, 2025.
The event was held at The Dixie Carter Performing Arts Center.
The awards recognized excellence in various categories, including experiences, individuals, and partners.
Winners included Southland Safari Cabins & Guided Tours, Boyette’s Dining Room, and the West Tennessee Strawberry Festival, among others.
Marty Marbry of the Tennessee Department of Tourist Development received the Star Cornerstone Legacy Award for her 20 years of service to West Tennessee tourism.
The event featured live music, local food, and networking opportunities.
The NWTTA aims to promote and support tourism across Northwest Tennessee’s nine counties through collaborative efforts and regional storytelling.
