Notre Dame Regional High School senior Kristin Anderson signs to play soccer at SEMO

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – Kristin Anderson, a senior at Notre Dame Regional High School, signed her national letter of intent to play soccer at Southeast Missouri State on Friday.

Friends, family, and fellow senior were on hand in the high school gym to share the moment with Anderson, who explained why she chose SEMO.

“I’ve always wanted to go to SEMO, and I love the girls there,” she said. “I’ve met a few of them, and I love them, and I love the coaching staff because I had their coach as a coach when I was younger, so I’ve always loved her.”

Anderson has been playing soccer since she was 4 years old. She will take the field at least four more times for Notre Dame this season.
