Crigger brings 52 years of service to the district, including 30 years as a classroom teacher and 22 years in administration. During her career, she taught kindergarten and grades two, five, seven and nine.

She previously served as principal of Obion County Central High School for 10 years before becoming principal at Lake Road. Crigger was named Principal of the Year in 2022.

District officials said both educators bring experience and leadership to their new roles at the middle school.
