Old Town Cape to host downtown Cape Girardeau holiday shopping spree

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KBSI) – Visitors to downtown Cape Girardeau on Small Business Saturday on November 25 are encouraged to register for one of two opportunities to win a $500 downtown Cape Girardeau shopping spree.

The Downtown Holiday Shopping Spree will consist of a bingo card this year. Pick up and return your bingo cards in the Marquette Tower lobby from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Collect bingos from participating businesses by visiting the stores and getting a stamp in their bingo spot. Twenty-four downtown businesses are participating this year. Participating businesses will be listed on the Old Town Cape Downtown Shopping Spree Facebook event by November 24.

Old Town Cape will also have volunteers wondering downtown and handing out Shop Small swag to Holiday shoppers during Small Business Saturday.

Winners of the Shopping Spree will be drawn the week following the event.
