Open house set for renovated Bess Activity Center in Poplar Bluff

POPLAR BLUFF, Mo., (KBSI) — Poplar Bluff Parks and Recreation will host an open house April 13 to showcase renovations at the Bess Activity Center.

The event will be held from 10 a.m. to noon and again from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., with activities including basketball, pickleball, fitness class demonstrations and esports gaming.

Officials said attendees can also visit the updated café, enjoy music and enter giveaways, including a chance to win a free one-year membership.

The open house is open to the public.
