(KBSI) Route 61 in New Madrid County will be closed as Missouri Department of Transportation crews replace a culvert under the roadway.

This section of roadway is located from Route 62 to Route D near Lilbourn, Missouri.

Weather permitting, work will take place Wednesday, January 7 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.

Route 62 in Dunklin County will be closed as construction crews perform a bridge replacement over the St. Francis River near Campbell, Missouri.

Weather permitting, work is scheduled to begin Monday, Jan. 12 with completion anticipated Tuesday, December 1, 2026. The route will remain closed until the work is completed and a signed detour will be in place.
