(KBSI) Route 153 in Stoddard County will be reduced as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform drainage work.
This section of roadway is located from Route Z to County Road 780.
Weather permitting, work will take place Tuesday, Dec. 9 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
Route Z in Dunklin County will be closed as contractor crews perform a bridge replacement over the Main Ditch District near Kennett, Missouri.
This bridge is located between Route 412 and County Road 500.
Weather permitting, work will begin Monday, Dec. 22 at 7 a.m. with completion anticipated Thursday, April 30. The road will remain closed until the work is completed.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
Kentucky Utilities is planning to replace power poles along KY 58 from mile point 9.93 to 10.14 in Clinton (Hickman County), starting on Tuesday, Dec. 9.
The work zone spans from the railroad bridge just west of Jackson Street to the intersection of KY 58 and U.S. 51.
Work will last for approximately three days between Dec. 9 and 11, weather permitting.
Motorists should be alert for signage and flaggers directing traffic.
